    A payment button was added to the billing system, allowing customers to pay their bills using credit cards, debit cards, DEBIN, QR codes, and barcodes.
  • Development of Cutting-Edge Technology with WhatsApp Chatbot for Bill Payments:
    A chatbot was implemented that enables customers to pay their bills automatically and instantly via WhatsApp, improving the customer experience and streamlining the payment process.
  • Adaptation of the In-Person Payments Product:
    Allows the cooperative to generate dynamic QR codes and payment links, providing additional options for customers who make transactions at physical service points.

La UNAM es una reconocida institución educativa que enfrentó el desafío de ser anfitriona de una feria mundial. Necesitaba una solución que le permitiera procesar pagos de participantes tanto nacionales como internacionales. Los métodos tradicionales de pago no eran suficientes para garantizar la transacción de pagos internacionales.


Para abordar esta necesidad, se colaboró con la UNAM en laintegración de nuestro botón de pagoen la página de inscripción de la feria, lo que posibilitó el procesamiento depagos internacionales con tarjetas de crédito y débito, sumandotransferencias inmediatas y códigos de barra y QR para el territorio nacional.


Esta solución permitió una experiencia de pago conveniente y segura para todos los participantes, y proporcionó varios beneficios clave para la UNAM al optimizar la gestión de pagos para la feria mundial:
